A day in the life of...

As a Coffee Specialist, you will...

• Be a true Nespresso brand ambassador;
• Receive, advise, and assist each customer in a personalized manner;
• Greet Customers and identify their needs;
• Advise Customers and potential Customers regarding Nespresso products and services;
• Introduce the art of coffee tasting and awaken curiosity for our product range;
• Perform an initial analysis of faults reported by customers, referring them to Technical Assistance whenever necessary;
• Maximize the sale of coffees, machines, and accessories, offering solutions suitable to each customer's profile;
• Contribute to maintaining the appearance of the Boutique in accordance with company policy;
• Perform daily replenishment of capsules, machines, and accessories.

• Educational qualifications at Secondary School level (minimum);
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service and sales (preferred);
• Specialized training in customer relations and sales (preferred);
• English language skills at a conversational level (preferred).
