Content & Communication Specialist

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar;

• 3 to 5 years of experience in communication, content, copywriting, PR, or similar roles;

• Excellent writing skills in Portuguese, with attention to detail;

• Ability to transform complex information into simple, interesting, and audience-appropriate content;

• Creativity and editorial thinking; we are not just looking for someone to execute briefings, but someone who also brings ideas;

• Autonomy, organization, and execution capability, being able to follow content from the idea to publication.

Agilidade is a Portuguese company specializing in the management and promotion of healthcare services. We are looking for a Content & Communication Specialist to join the Marketing & Communication team and actively contribute to how our brands communicate and position themselves.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves writing and communicating, with creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to transform business information into relevant and impactful content.

Give voice to our brands through clear, relevant, and consistent communication, contributing to increasing their awareness and reinforcing Agilidade's positioning in the market.

• Create and manage editorial and institutional content;

• Produce and edit articles, news, interviews, and opinion pieces;

• Create content for LinkedIn and other organic channels;

• Participate in the definition and execution of the content strategy;

• Develop concepts, messages, and storytelling for campaigns;

• Produce content for landing pages, ebooks, infographics, videos, and other materials, in collaboration with the design team;

• Draft press releases and support relationships with journalists and media;

• Proactively identify new themes, trends, and communication opportunities.

We value experience in PR, press relations, corporate communication, and/or the healthcare sector.

You will join a Marketing & Communication team in a dynamic context, with different brands, audiences, and projects happening simultaneously.

In the first 90 days, we expect you to get to know the brands and their audiences, gain autonomy in producing key content, and begin contributing with new ideas and communication opportunities.

In the first year, we want you to help build more consistent, recognizable, and relevant communication, reinforcing our brands' presence in digital channels and the media.
