Landfill Supervisor 1

Job Mission: Execute the tasks inherent to the operation and supervision of the production units, planning, directing, and controlling the assigned teams and resources, in accordance with superior instructions and current regulations, in order to guarantee the productivity and efficiency of the units, the regular reporting of the activity performed, and compliance with the established quality, environment, and safety rules.

May include:

• Coordinating one or more teams and the work performed, adjusting and controlling the production process through direct interaction and/or facility monitoring equipment, aligned with superior instructions;
• Ensuring the allocation of human and material resources for the various activities necessary for the proper functioning of the production process and the units;
• Providing support at the level of operation, use, movement, and/or transport of the equipment of the facilities you operate;
• Participating in and proposing projects and/or investments regarding the improvement of the production process and the efficiency of the facilities;
• Ensuring the proper coordination of maintenance, operational, and emergency teams in order to ensure the execution of required procedures;
• Perform the recording and reporting of occurrences regarding the activities carried out;
• Ensure the good state of maintenance and conservation of the facility.

- Location: Chão Frio - Porto de Lagos 8500 - 800 Portimão (Algarve - Portugal)

- Base Salary: 1,522.29€ + IHT (21.20% of BS)

- Meal Allowance: 8.00€ per worked day via meal card;

- The company does not guarantee either accommodation or transport.
