Maintenance Coordinator - Coimbra

Coordinate and execute the activities inherent to the Maintenance area, in alignment with upper guidelines, established policies, and applicable regulations, in order to contribute to the optimization of the life cycle of equipment and facilities, the maximization of the yield and efficiency of maintenance interventions, compliance with quality, environment, and safety standards, and the achievement of defined objectives.

Main tasks

• Coordinate the execution of the activities underlying the Maintenance area, so as to ensure the achievement of the area's objectives and the maximization of the yield of the assigned equipment and facilities;
• Collaborate in the preparation of internal procedures applicable to the Maintenance area that aim for the efficient functioning of the processes underlying it;
• Support the preparation, proposal, and monitoring of the area's Activity Plan and budget, with a view to ensuring the contribution to its results and the optimization of the equipment and facilities infrastructure;
• Assist in the reporting and monitoring of the area's activity, so as to provide, on one hand, timely, rigorous, and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making, and on the other, the identification and implementation of improvement actions;
• Coordinate the functioning of maintenance operations, ensuring their alignment in the achievement of the area's results, compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards, and promoting the sharing of knowledge and resources with a view to maximizing internal efficiency.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or similar
