Construction Technical Support Manager - Lisbon

At Mercadona, we are strengthening our team and are looking for a Construction Technical Support Manager to monitor and provide technical support to our construction projects, ensuring execution quality, compliance with current legislation, and the correct planning and development of the works.

Full-time

Working days from Monday to Friday.

Gross annual remuneration of €46,641 to €70,804

Preparation of urban planning reports.

Interpretation of geotechnical studies, load tests, among others.

Preparation of construction-related expert reports.

Verification and technical quality control of the works executed on-site.

Development, signing, and validation of projects and site management.

Preparation of safety studies.

Validation of energy certificates.

Preparation of energy certificates.

Preparation of execution project budgets.

Supervision and review of structural calculations.

During the performance of your duties, you will have several works assigned simultaneously.

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture
• You have availability to travel outside your area of residence
