We are looking for a Trainer for our Maintenance School to join a team where technical knowledge, training, and continuous improvement play a fundamental role. If you have experience in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Industrial Maintenance area, and you enjoy explaining, teaching, and transforming technical knowledge into practical learning, this could be your next opportunity.
As a Maintenance School Trainer, you will play a fundamental role in the preparation and development of our teams. Among other responsibilities, you will:
Design and develop training plans in the maintenance area, keeping training content and resources up to date.
Transform technical knowledge into training content, procedures, guides, and learning materials.
Work together with maintenance managers and specialists, identifying training needs and improvement opportunities.
Deliver training and monitor the development of new Maintenance Managers and Support Maintenance Managers.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the working methods, procedures, and technical knowledge of the maintenance area.
Contribute to continuous improvement and the correct transfer of knowledge within the organization.
Working days from Monday to Friday.
