Responsibilities

• Provide the distribution of human and material resources according to needs;
• Ensure transport efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle movement in real time, ensuring that routes are completed according to established schedules and itineraries.
• Manage and coordinate the driver team, providing guidance and solutions.
• Perform control of traffic incidents, such as traffic jams and accidents, and take corrective measures to minimize impacts on the operation.
• Coordination of vehicle movement, travel to workshops, and monitoring of breakdowns.
• Work in collaboration with other departments (sales and maintenance) to ensure transport quality.

• Educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level;
• Experience in traffic management in the passenger transport sector (preferred);
• Knowledge of legislation in the passenger transport sector (preferred);
• Ability to work with computer programs;
• Good communication, organization, and real-time problem-solving skills.
