Customer Service Technician (M/F)

• Ensure in-person, telephone, and digital customer service;
• Perform bookings, rescheduling, and provide clarifications;
• Ensure the correct routing of customers within the unit;
• Perform administrative records associated with the activity;
• Contribute to a positive, close, and efficient experience;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the quality of the service provided.

• Good communication skills and a strong customer orientation;
