Process Clerk - Loures Logistics Center (Temporary)

• You have completed the 12th grade;
• You have previous professional experience in the administrative area within a warehouse/logistics context (preferred);
• You like working in a dynamic and versatile environment;
• You are an organized person focused on prioritizing tasks to respond to your customer;
• You have knowledge of Office (Docs, Sheets, and Slides);
• You have the ability to communicate with different people, as this role presupposes interaction with external entities and collaborators;
• You have availability to work on a rotating day-off basis with night and/or day shifts.

• You will be responsible for managing the entry of goods into the system, validating possible errors, handling delivery notes, and assigning unloading docks;
• You will have to ensure the availability of  store orders for Operations, as well as cooperate with the Merchandise Management department for the allocation of promotional items;
• You will perform the processing and optimization of the general route plan, support the control of transport invoicing reports, deliver store mail, control the exit of goods from the warehouse, as well as the return of trucks;
• You will handle customer service for truck drivers;
•  You will support warehouse inventories;
•  You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the system.
