The role

What you'll do

As a Store Manager at #teamlidl, you will be the 'official GPS' of one of our Stores: from the warehouse to the checkout line, from indicators to team management, no corner escapes your radar.

  • Performance indicators: you will analyze and monitor business indicators, developing and implementing action plans with the aim of continuously improving them;
  • Team management: you will have the responsibility to lead, motivate, and develop your Store team (between 16 to 36 people);
  • Process Management: you must ensure the management and implementation of all Store processes according to company guidelines;
  • Presentation, freshness, and availability: you must ensure store presentation, the freshness and availability of items, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You will perform different tasks resulting from operational needs.
