As a Sales Area Manager at #teamlidl, your office will have wheels and various postal codes. You will be the GPS of our efficiency, ensuring that your Stores exceed the defined objectives. 

• Sales: you will be responsible for a Sales Area and for the Stores belonging to it;
• Team management: you will assume the leadership, guidance, and management of Store management and teams, boosting their development;
• Indicator management: you must ensure the fulfillment of objectives through the monitoring and control of Store processes and the management of key performance indicators;
• Collaborative work: you will act as the link between the Stores and the Office departments, ensuring the implementation of projects and guidelines.
