As an Area Coordinator at #teamlidl, you will get to know, better than anyone, every corner of our Warehouse - from general assortment to fruits & vegetables, from frozen to fresh.

• Operational management: you will be responsible for the operational management and coordination of a sub-area of the Warehouse, ensuring the analysis of indicators and process improvement, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives and procedures;
• Team management: you will lead the daily operation on the ground, ensuring close management through continuous monitoring of the team, organization of tasks and active listening to keep the group motivated and cohesive. 
• Collaborative work: you will ensure good communication with the other areas of the Warehouse and relevant Stakeholders.
