Checkout Team Coordinator

Store: Santarém

• Monitor and develop the team, ensuring motivation and contributing to talent retention;

• Ensure schedules, daily plans, clock-in control, vacation and absence management, evaluations, onboarding, and training;

• Guarantee a fast and efficient payment experience (PPC, bank transfers), ensuring operational excellence at the checkouts and continuous listening to the customer;

• Organize customer flows and paths, optimizing service points and payment methods;

• Guarantee excellence in service and guidance regarding payment methods;

• Guarantee compliance with processes and procedures, supporting operational management and the resolution of incidents;

• Analyze the performance of the team and the area, participating in the definition and execution of action plans to correct deviations;

• Supervise the operational activities of the Customer Relationship Advisors, risk control (SAM, NEXUS, and store safe), and promote anti-shrinkage procedures.

• Academic qualification at the 12th-grade level;

• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience;

• Experienced user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

• A passion for the Customer and their needs;

• Orientation towards results, detail, analysis, and critical thinking;

• Spirit of initiative, innovation, and entrepreneurship;

• Ability in communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal relationships;

• A liking for teamwork and competence in the transversal engagement of people.
