CNC Machining Technician

• Technical/Professional Training in the area of Mechanics, Mechatronics, CNC, or Industrial Production (preferred).
• Proven experience in industrial environments, specifically in the operation and setup of CNC machines (Machining).
• Proficiency in manual measuring tools (calipers, gages, etc.) and analysis of CMM reports.
• Solid knowledge of reading technical drawings, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams.

• Full time, three shifts available:

1st shift - 08:00/16:30

2nd shift - 16:30/01:00

4th shift - Monday from 00:00/08:00, remaining days 01:00/08:00.

• Estimated Total Monthly Gross Income: €1,365 to €1,450 Gross/month (depending on demonstrated experience and includes a 50% night shift premium during the period from 20:00 to 08:00).

• CNC Operation and Maintenance: Operation of CNC equipment, setup, adjustments through CMM/Gage reports, and proper use of cutting tools.
• Diagnosis and Maintenance: Performing preventive maintenance (mechanical/electrical), replacement of wear components, and proactive diagnosis/resolution of equipment failures.
• Quality and Metrics: Reading and interpretation of technical drawings, electrical/pneumatic diagrams, filling out control charts, and monitoring industrial indicators (OEE, FTT, and BTS).
• Management and Improvement: Direct coordination of manufacturing operators assigned to your area, implementation of the 6S methodology, active participation in continuous improvement, and rigorous shift handover.
• Safety and Compliance: Strict compliance with HSE standards, use of PPE, and respect for local regulations and company policies.
