Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F/X)

• Technical Course (Level 4 or 5) in Electrical Installations, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance.

• Strong problem-solving capacity, autonomy, and organizational skills.

• Working Hours (Monday to Friday): Shift System (08:00-16:30 / 16:30-01:00 / 01:00-08:00).

• Estimated Total Monthly Gross Income: €1,365 to €1,510 Gross/month (depending on demonstrated experience and includes a 50% night shift premium during the period from 20:00 to 08:00).

We are recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a prestigious multinational company in the automotive sector located in Palmela.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance technical interventions on industrial equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and report risk situations.

• Request and monitor external technical support whenever necessary to ensure factory operability.
