What we're looking for
- Minimum education: 9th grade (mandatory);
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry or a similar sector;
- Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication;
- Sense of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Physical robustness to handle loads and remain standing during the working period;
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety;

The role
A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Production Operator (m/f/x) for a leading company in the plastics sector located in Mafra.
What you'll do
- Operate and monitor plastic production machines, ensuring their proper functioning and adjusting parameters as necessary.
- Perform quality control of products, visually inspecting and using measuring equipment to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Pack and label finished products in an organized and efficient manner, preparing them for shipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and the workplace, contributing to a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate actively with the production team, reporting anomalies and suggesting process improvements.
- Fill out production and quality records with rigor and precision.
How you'll work
- Base salary: 926€ + Shift allowance: 35% = 1250€ gross;
- Meal allowance: 10€/day paid via meal card;
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 16:00; from 16:00 to 24:00; from 00:00 to 08:00 in rotating shifts and days off;
