Traffic Manager (m/f/x) in Évora

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Traffic Manager for a leading company in the transport and logistics sector located in Évora.

- Plan and coordinate daily transport operations, ensuring route optimization and the efficiency of available resources.

- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with schedules and safety standards.

- Manage communication between the driver team and the logistics department to ensure the effective resolution of operational problems.

- Analyze traffic data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of goods.

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, from 05:00 to 14:00.

- Base Salary 1093€ + night shift pay.

- 8.30€/day Meal allowance via meal card.

- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in 1/12th monthly installments.

- Proven experience in traffic management or logistics within the distribution sector.

- Solid knowledge of IT tools for traffic and logistics management.

- Proficiency in transport management software (TMS), GPS/telemetry, and ease in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Residence in the Évora area or availability for daily travel within the region.

- Own transport.
