What we're looking for
- Proven professional experience in warehouse roles;
- Proven experience in warehouse management roles (organization and recycling);
- Forklift Driving Certificate (mandatory);
- Proven experience driving forklifts;
- Ability to work in a team, demonstrating proactivity, a sense of responsibility, and organization.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (7h/15h - 15/23h - 23h/7h);
- Residence in the Setúbal area or surroundings, with ease of commuting to the workplace.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Base salary: 942€;
- Meal allowance: 7.40€ (on a meal card);
- Shift allowance: 59.20€;
- Objective bonus - may reach 50€;
- Schedule: in rotating shifts from 7h to 15h; from 15h to 23h and from 23h to 07h;
- Prospects of continuity;
- Workplace: Setúbal.
The role
What you'll do
- Reception, management, and storage of goods, ensuring the correct identification and organization of products in the warehouse;
- Preparation of orders for shipment, following the instructions of picking documents and ensuring the integrity of the items;
- Loading and unloading of vehicles, using load handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks;
- Stock control, participating in periodic inventories and communicating any detected discrepancies or anomalies;
- Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the workspace, ensuring safety and good organization of the warehouse;
- Support in the management of returns and handling of damaged or non-conforming products;
- Collaboration with the remaining logistics and transport teams to optimize workflows.
