Tourism Technician - night shift (M/F/D)

• Higher academic education in the area of Tourism and/or similar (preferred);

• At least 3 years of professional experience in functions of a similar nature (plus);

• Experience in aviation reservations and use of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo);

• A liking for the Tourism sector;

• Good level of English;

We are looking for a Tourism Technician (Night Shift) for our Reservations Department.

This is a backoffice role in a remote regime, dedicated exclusively to the night shift, ensuring complete operational management of reservations and support to our Travel Partners during this period. Before you start your duties, you will undergo initial training for 2 months, 100% in-person, to ensure solid integration, mastery of our processes, and total preparation for the role.

You are the one who ensures everything runs perfectly behind the scenes during the night: the technical part, the one that resolves, the one that transforms every reservation into a memorable experience. You will work in close connection with the Travel Partners, who are with the traveler - you are the technical competence that sustains every reservation.

• Reservation management - creation, alteration, and cancellation;
