Tourism Technician (M/F/D)

• Higher academic education in the area of Tourism and/or similar (preferred);

We are looking for a Tourism Technician for our Reservations Department. It is a back-office role, focused on the complete operational management of reservations, from start to finish - with the rigor and attention to detail that you already master from a tour operator or agency.

You are the one who ensures everything runs perfectly behind the scenes: the technical part, the one that resolves, the one that transforms every reservation into a memorable experience. You work in close connection with the Travel Partners, who are with the traveler - you are the technical competence that sustains every reservation.

• Reservation management - creation, alteration, and cancellation;

• Support to Travel Partners;

• Contact with suppliers;

• Management of aviation reservations in GDS (preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo);

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of our processes.
