Requirements
What we're looking for
A liking for telephone contact and the commercial/sales aspect;
Fluency in the Portuguese language (mandatory);
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Contact Center (sales or customer support aspect);
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills;
Orientation towards meeting objectives, resilience, and a proactive attitude;
Good computer skills from a user perspective (training on the specific tools of the project will be provided by the company).

What you'll do
Perform direct contact with potential and current customers, identifying their needs and promoting suitable solutions;
Present the product/service portfolio, negotiate, and close sales in a consultative manner;
Follow up and manage the customer portfolio, ensuring loyalty and excellence in service;
Meet the sales objectives and KPIs stipulated for the project.
