Content Manager in Lisbon

We are looking for someone who doesn't just "manage social media," but who feels the pulse of trends and loves telling stories. If you are that person who is always up to date with the latest TikTok trend, but also knows how to look at data to understand what really works, this challenge is for you.

• Create, implement, and monitor what our brands communicate to the world
• Collaborate closely with our creative team (we love brainstorming sessions)
• Identify what we can improve and suggest more effective paths
• Follow hot topics and trends before they go out of fashion
• Be the point of contact for our clients, managing requests with empathy and clarity
• Translate metrics into real insights through detailed reports

• Higher education in the field of marketing / digital marketing;
• At least 2 years of experience in content or social media management
• We value experience in a digital agency
• Creativity and a passion for generating new ideas
• Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Capcut, and Adobe Creative Cloud is valued
• Enthusiasm for testing new technologies, namely AI
• Knowledge of content performance analysis tools
• Experience in daily contact with clients
• Ability to develop content communication plans
• Fluent English and excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive, dynamic profile and, above all, someone who enjoys working in a team.
