Cegid's content team is responsible for the creation and production of institutional, corporate, and commercial editorial materials regarding management software solutions. They develop content for websites, landing pages, newsletters, flyers, and multimedia (including video scripts that simplify technical information).

• Produce institutional, corporate, and commercial content about the various management software solutions that make up the Cegid brand portfolio, specifically content for websites, landing pages, newsletters, flyers, and other editorial content to support communication actions developed throughout the various stages of the customer journey.
• Prepare scripts for videos and multimedia content, converting technical information into appealing and useful content, which demonstrates, in a simple way, how Cegid management solutions work and how they contribute to improving business management.
• Produce content based on customer testimonials, following the various stages of the project, from the invitation and interview with the customer, to the production of video content and landing pages about real stories of using Cegid management solutions.
• Work in collaboration with internal and external video editing and design teams, following the execution of projects, from content creation to its availability in various formats.
• Collaborate with the campaign managers and product marketing team in identifying new content formats and contributing to the continuous optimization of results.
• Monitor and measure the impact of the produced content and identify opportunities for improvement in existing editorial formats and approaches, contributing to the continuous optimization of the content strategy.

• Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B context
• Rigorous command of written Portuguese and the ability to work in multiple content formats
• Good communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments;
• Good knowledge of English and Spanish, spoken and written (preferred)
• Experience using AI tools in content production (preferred)
