Robotics Maintenance Technician

Job description:

Responsibilities

• Perform fault repairs in robotic welding installations,
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic systems;
• Perform diagnostics and resolve technical problems effectively, mainly on KUKA, or ABB, or FANUC, or other industrial robot production equipment;
• Detect failures and provide information on opportunities for improvements in production equipment, increasing process efficiency;
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize the performance of automated systems.

• Professional with consolidated practical experience in the field of robotics maintenance;
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry;
• Experience in the repair and maintenance of equipment in the welding area,
• Experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment, mainly KUKA, or ABB, or FANUC, or other industrial robots;
• Knowledge of programming KUKA, or ABB, or FANUC, or other industrial robots;
• Knowledge of the Resistance and MIG/MAG welding processes.
• Training in the field of Robotics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation;
• Good knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics;
• Proactivity, autonomy, dynamism, and flexibility;
• Good ability to work in a team;
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Availability to work in shifts.
