Strengthen the Architecture team, integrated into IT Strategy and Governance (ITS), which has the mission of ensuring and defining the evolution of application and technological Architecture in a robust manner and in accordance with the architecture principles defined as the standard for the Fidelidade Group. We are looking for a Microsoft Technical Architect to work in a Center For Enablement (C4E) that will have as its priority focus the implementation of enablement actions for teams that develop using Microsoft technologies, namely, Microsoft.net and Azure DevOps. You will be challenged to:

• Define and monitor the implementation of reference architecture in .net projects;
• Enable development teams to implement development best practices, following market references;
• Define and implement actions that promote the reduction of technical debt;
• Define and develop core solutions and components that increase the efficiency of development teams;
• Provide technical support to development teams;
• Support the implementation of DevOps processes.
