Main Responsibilities

• Customer service and consultancy: Understanding the profile and needs of each customer in order to suggest the best destinations, times of year, monuments, events, or attractions.
• Research and planning: Designing travel itineraries, comparing prices and availability of flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and transfers, and all types of travel tailored to the Customer's interests, including information on the need for passports, visas, vaccines, currency exchange, and travel insurance.
• Reservations and issuance: Performing and confirming products and services in our own reservation systems and those of partners, issuing tickets and vouchers, and managing the economics of operations.
• Providing assistance throughout the entire trip: Ensuring excellent service from the first moment until the return from the trip, even in the face of unforeseen events such as cancellations, strikes, hotel problems, or emergencies.
