Sales Advisor

• Minimum proven experience of 3 years in a similar role; experience in the bridal fashion sector is valued.

• Sewing knowledge and experience in personalized sales management (boutique), with excellent customer service, are valued.

• Intermediate level of English is valued.

• A person accustomed to working with objectives and incentives.

• We are looking for proactive, problem-solving people with negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Sensitivity to product and fashion.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

THE CLARÁ GROUP is looking for a Sales Advisor to join its Rosa Clará Lisboa store.

• Personalized customer service throughout all stages of the process (sales and after-sales).

• Boost store sales and help achieve defined objectives.

• Collaborate in all tasks necessary for the correct functioning of the store (order and stock management, preparation and execution of inventories, contact with external suppliers, monitoring of adjustments and fittings, etc.).

• Execution of tasks associated with the process, from the sale to the delivery of the order.

• Maintain the visual and customer service standards defined by the brand.
