Floor Manager (M/F) - Octant Douro

Responsible for the organization and coordination of the services provided in the restaurant(s), as well as its team, ensuring maximum service quality and delivery to the customer.

Main Responsibilities

• Direct, organize, coordinate, and execute tasks related to table service;
• Manage the restaurant team, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
• Ensure compliance with Service and Quality standards/procedures;
• Ensure good coordination, cooperation, and environment between the dining room and kitchen, as well as with other departments;
• Ensure a good relationship with the customer (management of complaints and/or related situations);
• Ensure stock control and ensure underlying inventories;
• Ensure the good presentation of the dining room and restaurant spaces where F&B service to the customer is involved;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP standards;
• Management and preparation of team schedules;
• Receive customer opinions and suggestions and any complaints, seeking to promptly provide appropriate solutions;
• Participate in the selection of wines
• Actively participate in the recruitment and selection of employees for the area.
• Responsible for producing reports to report data to the hotel management.
