Receptionist (M/F) - Octant Douro

Ensure the welcoming and service of customers by offering a superior quality service during their stay at the Hotel Unit, while keeping in view the promotion of the Hotel's other services.

• Ensure the welcoming and service of customers in their entirety, performing check-in and check-out
• Execute the accommodation reservation service and follow up on respective requests;
• Prepare and execute the handling of correspondence, respective dispatch and filing;
• Attend to customer requests and eventual complaints;
• Management of reservations and cancellations through the hotel's platforms.
• Verify the movement of customer entries and exits to the Hotel and communicate to the other sections in order to ensure the various services to be provided;
• Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk;
• Management of hotel goods suppliers or external services such as laundry or taxis.
• Proceed with the posting of consumption or expenses to customer accounts;
• Proceed with the disclosure and promotion of the various services provided by the Hotel;
• Work in close relationship with the entire team, namely with the Reception Manager and Reservations Manager;
• Communicate any anomaly verified in your service or occurring with any customer to your superior;
• Perform other activities or tasks, not specified above, whenever they are considered necessary by the hierarchical superior;
• Support other departments whenever necessary.
