Responsible for performing cleaning in the areas surrounding the pool, and exercising surveillance of the pool areas.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the plans and water quality, perform cleaning of the water and the areas surrounding the pool, and tidy the adjacent areas;
• Assist any possible victim and apply first aid (in the absence of the lifeguard);
• Inform customers about the rules for using the pools;
• Provide and receive towels;
• Check stocks of working materials, hygiene products and cooperate in the review of the first aid kit;
• Alert the hierarchical superior about any visible anomaly in the water plans or surrounding pool areas, and identify assets in the event of an occurrence;
• Collect and store objects forgotten by customers, and inform reception;
• Always request help from the superior in case of a serious accident;
• Ensure good coordination, cooperation and environment with the remaining departments;
• Collaborate with other departments, whenever necessary.
