Requirements
What we're looking for
• Experience as an Animator and/or in the Circus;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• A liking for teamwork and mutual support;
• Availability and Flexibility of Schedules;
• Ease in creating immediate empathy;
• Dynamic and proactive attitude;
• Good presentation;
• Well-versed in the DHM DNA;
• Respect for the group's philosophy and vision.
The role
Develop animation activities in various areas (cultural, sporting, recreational, ludic, etc.).
What you'll do
• Coordinate, organize, and develop activities of a ludic nature;
• Perform and ensure the proposed activities;
• Entertain the clients (children);
• Ensure the supervision of children and develop activities for them.
• Provide information, advise clients on the hotel's activities;
• Know and execute the rules for using the material to be used for the activities;
• Guarantee compliance with rules and manage unforeseen situations;
• Know and execute regulations intended for children;
• Communicate any anomalies found to management;
• Look after, perform inventories, and request replenishment of materials used in the performance of activities;
• Replace colleagues whenever necessary;
• Handover of information between shifts and service;
• Support other departments whenever necessary and requested.
