The role
Responsible for the preparation and making of pastry according to current service standards, delivering a high-quality service to customers.
What you'll do
• Prepare and make the hotel's pastry and desserts;
• Prepare doughs, shakes, and creams;
• Proceed with the finishing and decoration of pastry items
• Ensure good organization and coordination of each customer service;
• Perform daily inventories of equipment and raw material stocks
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area;
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and HACCP standards.
