The role

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our team and help design and deliver innovative business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technology teams to understand operational challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and develop secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.

The role combines business analysis, solution design, application development, and process automation, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
Design, develop, and maintain applications using:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
Develop automated workflows and business process solutions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- Microsoft 365
- Dataverse
- APIs
- Databases
- Third-party systems
Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor:
- Operational performance
- KPIs
- Service levels
Identify process optimization and automation opportunities across business functions
Support solution testing, deployment, documentation, and user adoption
Ensure solutions comply with:
- Security requirements
- Data privacy standards
- Governance policies
- Internal controls
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle

Requirements

BSc or MSc in:
- Information Systems
- Engineering
- Management
- Economics
- Data Analytics
- Related fields
4+ years of professional experience developing applications and automation solutions, preferably within:
- Banking
- Financial Services
- Other regulated industries
Hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into digital solutions
Strong knowledge of:
- Power BI
- Power Query
- Data modelling
Familiarity with:
- Dataverse
- SharePoint
- Microsoft 365
- System integrations
Understanding of:
- Process analysis
- Process optimization
- Business automation
Awareness of:
- Security
- Governance
- Risk
- Compliance requirements in regulated environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and Portuguese

Nice-to-have

Experience working within banking or financial services organizations
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Experience with:
- API integrations
- Azure services
- Enterprise application ecosystems
Availability to travel occasionally within Europe for project delivery and client collaboration
