Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduate degree in Economics, Management, Informatics and Business Management, Engineering and Industrial Management, or equivalent (the specific course is not an exclusion criterion)
Nice to have
- Experience and/or knowledge regarding ISO9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO22301, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards (not a mandatory requirement, but will be valued if present)
Languages
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

What you'll do
- Support the maintenance activities of the firm's management systems:
- Review of policies and procedures;
- Control and monitoring of KPIs, and development of support tools for reporting to the CISO, CCO, and Executive Board;
- Updating and testing of training content;
- Support in conducting audits of projects and/or suppliers;
- Accompany external audits.

About the area
- The Operations&Efficiency area is responsible for ensuring, among other topics:
- Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and its respective certification in the ISO 9001 Standard;
- Maintenance of the Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISMS), and its respective certification in the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 Standards;
- Maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), and its respective certification in the ISO 22301 Standard;
- Maintenance of the Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management System.
- Maintenance of the certification of Deloitte network legal entities in Portugal as training entities, and their respective DGERT certification;
- Maintenance of NATO accreditations;
- Continuous improvement of the Firm's processes and procedures through the certifications it manages and/or through internal projects developed for this purpose.
