Senior Consultant | Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 & AI

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in application development, including 2 years of practical experience with Power Platform and the delivery of solutions in production.
• Solid experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Fx, including data modeling and security configuration.
• Programming experience in at least one of the following technologies: C#/.NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript; ability to develop and consume REST APIs.
• Experience integrating applications with SharePoint Online and/or Teams and knowledge of the identity and permission mechanisms of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Practice of version control with Git, testing, and application lifecycle management; ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders, in Portuguese and English.

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, or the integration of AI models through Azure services.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AI and experience in a consulting context.

We are reinforcing our Microsoft solutions team and are looking for a Senior Consultant with a passion for application development, automation, and Artificial Intelligence. You will transform business needs into applications and AI agents, combining Power Platform, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Azure. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing, solving problems, and supporting solutions until their actual use by clients.

• Create and evolve integrated solutions with Microsoft 365, namely SharePoint Online and Teams, through Microsoft Graph, APIs, and custom connectors.
• Extend low-code solutions with code, using C#/.NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript and Azure services, when requirements justify it.
• Develop agents in Copilot Studio and integrate generative AI capabilities, ensuring authorized access to information, evaluation of responses, and human supervision when necessary. ~
• Ensure quality throughout the development cycle: code review, testing, documentation, version management, and deployment between environments through ALM and CI/CD practices.
• Apply best practices for security, privacy, performance, and governance, including permissions, data policies, and monitoring of solutions in production.
• Take autonomy in the delivery of components, support less experienced colleagues, and contribute to demonstrations, technical proposals, and reusable assets.
