Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
Between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in roles related to Platform Engineering or Developer Experience;
Experience with Internal Developer Platforms, particularly Backstage;
Experience in golden paths, self-service platforms, and software development automation.
Knowledge of productivity metrics such as DORA, SPACE, or Flow Metrics;
Product mindset and a strong orientation towards continuous improvement;
Communication, collaboration, and influence skills with technical teams;
Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written.

Nice to have

We value experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and Agentic SDLC;

What you'll do

Defining and implementing platforms and experiences that increase the productivity of development teams;
Developing and evolving Internal Developer Platforms (IDP);
Creating golden paths, engineering templates, and self-service capabilities;
Automating onboarding processes, environment provisioning, and CI/CD pipelines;
Developing portals and developer-centric experiences;
Collaborating with Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and AI Engineering teams;
Participating in software development lifecycle modernization and AI-SDLC initiatives.
