Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in integrated marketing operations or marketing and communication project management;
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or another similar course;
- Experience in Services Marketing / B2B / Sales Marketing or corporate communication;
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities, according to different projects, adapting to rapid organizational change;
- Good project management and priority definition skills;
- Strong written communication skills, namely sales storytelling for online and offline media and platforms, and oral communication;
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking; Creativity, energy, commitment and motivation;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, namely, MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
Nice to have
- Experience in Content Marketing, Public Relations and/or Digital Marketing is valued;

We are going to strengthen our Marketing team with a Marketing & Communications Associate position
What you'll do
- Develop, implement and manage strategic B2B Marketing campaigns and projects;
- Participate in the planning and execution of new marketing initiatives;
- Manage marketing and communication projects, ensuring their execution, through bridging different support areas, within the stipulated objectives, deadlines and budget;
- Continuous monitoring of key indicators, with a focus on evaluating results and identifying opportunities;
- Ensure the marketing and communication management of service and offer portfolios;
- Support the production and review of Thought Leadership Materials, such as studies, articles, papers, among others, as well as sales support materials (marketing collateral);
- Create content for the website and social media, aligned with the objectives of the communication campaigns;
- Support the conceptualization and execution of internal and external events;
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of delivery and results according to expectations.
