As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join technology consulting and digital transformation projects, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform, in the Enterprise Optimization area. Your Role: · Develop and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform; · Lead the technical design of complex applications and customizations; · Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions; · Develop integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs); · Ensure code quality, performance, and the adoption of development best practices; · Participate in code reviews and support the mentoring of junior developers; · Collaborate with functional, architecture, and stakeholder teams; · Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and internal governance; · Provide technical support during deployment and post-production phases. Your Profile: Higher education in Computer Engineering or a similar area; Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT; Strong mastery of the ServiceNow platform; Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog; Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server); Solid knowledge of ITSM (experience in ITOM, CSM, or HR is valued); Experience with Service Portal and/or UI Builder (valued); Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (or modern frameworks); Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices (valued); Knowledge of ITIL; Good communication and team spirit; Autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking; Excellent knowledge of English (is valued). 🌟 Why choose NTT DATA? 🤝 A collaborative and supportive culture We foster an environment where curiosity, innovation, engagement, and teamwork are celebrated.
