Education at the 12th-grade level, preferably via technical-professional training in the management, finance, and administration areas
We value 1 year of proven professional experience in the banking operations area
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools

We are strengthening our team in the Lisbon area with Operate Associate Analysts who have an interest in working in the Operations area of a Financial Institution.

What you'll do

Autonomously execute backoffice activities to be performed in the operations area, developing various activities, namely the opening and modification of accounts and clients;
Backoffice activities related to the processing of card operations;
Inbound and outbound contacts;
Processing and updating databases;
Resolution of incidents and complaints;
Manage, according to your sphere of action, the daily relationships with direct coordinators and clients.
