Transfer Pricing Expert

• Degree in Economics, Management, Law, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing;
• Experience in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File);
• Solid knowledge of OECD guidelines and applicable national legislation;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Fluent English, oral and written;
• Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and aptitude to understand financial and operational flows;
• Good communication and articulation skills with interlocutors from different areas and geographies;
• Proactivity, autonomy, rigor, organization, and the ability to manage several activities and priorities simultaneously.

We are strengthening the Tax In-House team in the Transfer Pricing area. We are looking for a professional with solid technical experience, analytical capacity, and an orientation toward implementation, who will monitor and operationalize the transfer pricing management of the Deloitte Portugal network entities.

This is an internal role, without service provision to clients, with a direct impact on the consistency of intra-group models, the control of tax risk, and the improvement of associated processes.

• Monitor relevant operations, ensuring the consistent application of transfer pricing policies;
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and updating of internal policies, as well as the processes, controls, and documentation that support their execution;
• Collect, reconcile, and analyze financial and accounting information from the entities, ensuring its reliability for transfer pricing purposes;
• Monitor billing flows and allocation criteria and validate their coherence with remuneration models, contracts, and their respective accounting treatment;
• Perform economic analyses and comparability studies to support the adopted models;
• Prepare and review Local Files, Master Files, and other documentation supporting compliance with applicable obligations;
• Review contracts and other relevant legal instruments, ensuring alignment between the substance of operations, the defined policy, and practical execution;
• Identify deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective measures in coordination with the Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams, in Portugal and other geographies;
• Monitor tax inspections and requests for information regarding transfer pricing.
