Help us support national companies, multinational companies, and investment funds in making strategic decisions, through the financial and business analysis of their potential investments and divestments, within the context of a Due Diligence process.

As part of our Transaction Diligence team, you will work on projects that help clients understand risks and contingencies in a transaction, identify opportunities and other aspects that may affect the price or terms of the transaction, allowing for more informed decisions in contexts of acquisition / divestment, restructuring, transformation, and growth.

• As part of our Transaction Diligence team, you will have a leadership role in supporting Corporate and Private Equity clients, both national and international, at critical decision-making moments;
• You will be responsible for the management and execution of Due Diligence projects, from planning and defining the approach to presenting the main findings and recommendations to the client;
• You will lead the analysis of financial, operational, and business information, identifying risks, contingencies, opportunities, and factors for value creation or reduction relevant to the transaction;
• You will have contact with acquisition, investment, restructuring, divestment operations, and other strategic transactions across various sectors;
• You will manage the daily relationship with clients and other stakeholders involved in the transaction, ensuring clear, structured communication oriented towards decision-making;
• You will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the work developed by the team, ensuring the technical quality of the deliverables and compliance with defined deadlines;
• You will play an active role in the development of more junior members, promoting knowledge sharing, mentoring, and feedback;
• You will collaborate with other teams and specialties on multidisciplinary projects, contributing to an integrated view of the transaction;
• You will contribute to the development of the area, namely through the preparation of proposals, identification of opportunities, and deepening client relationships.
