Help us support national companies, multinational companies, and investment funds in making strategic decisions, through the financial and business analysis of their potential investments and divestments, within the context of a Due Diligence process.

As part of our Transaction Diligence team, you will work on projects that help clients understand risks and contingencies in a transaction, identify opportunities and other aspects that may affect the price or terms of the transaction, allowing for more informed decisions in contexts of acquisition / divestment, restructuring, transformation, and growth.

• As part of our Transaction Diligence team, you will have a central role in supporting Corporate and Private Equity clients, both national and international, during critical decision-making moments;
• You will participate in Due Diligence projects, analyzing financial, operational, and business information to identify risks, contingencies, opportunities, and value creation / reduction factors in a transaction context;
• You will have contact with acquisition, investment, restructuring, divestment, and other strategic transaction operations across a wide variety of sectors;
• You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and different stakeholders, contributing to the analysis of information and the making of recommendations that support decision-making processes;
