Manager | Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 & AI

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in application solutions, including 2 years in leading technology teams and projects.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of enterprise solutions in Microsoft Power Platform, with solid knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Azure, APIs, and enterprise systems. Proven experience in delivering Power Platform solutions and their respective integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure, with an understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Solid foundation in software development and application architecture and integrations, with the ability to guide low-code and code-based development teams.
• Experience in managing scope, effort, budget, risks, and quality, reconciling delivery demands with a constructive relationship with the client.
• Ability to evaluate AI use cases and agents, considering security, data protection, human oversight, technical feasibility, and business return.
• Experience in preparing proposals and estimates, in people development, and in communicating with technical and executive interlocutors, in Portuguese and English.

• Experience in implementing Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or generative AI solutions in Azure.
• Experience in Power Platform governance models, centers of excellence, adoption, and scalability, including DLP policies and environment management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and experience in consulting, business development, or projects in regulated sectors.

• Lead the delivery of Microsoft projects, managing scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies, with a focus on the results agreed upon with the client.
• Guide architecture and technical decisions, balancing Power Platform, code extensions, and Azure services based on requirements, costs, and solution sustainability.
• Lead development teams, organize work, monitor critical decisions, and promote technical review, mentoring, and skill evolution.
• Conduct workshops with business and technology, transform needs into roadmaps and priorities, and communicate progress and decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and generative AI, from use case selection to production, evaluating value, adoption, costs, and risks.
• Ensure engineering and governance practices: ALM, CI/CD, testing, security, permissions, data policies, licensing, and solution operations.
• Develop trusting relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and lead proposals, estimates, presentations, and demonstrations in coordination with specialists.
• Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft offering through recruitment, upskilling, reusable assets, and knowledge sharing with national and international teams.
