Requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the areas of Informatics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and/or similar areas;
- Between 1 to 6 years of professional experience in software development projects;
- Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written (mandatory);
- Orientation towards the client and towards results;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, teamwork;
- Critical and analytical sense.
Nice to have
- We value previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, and/or Real Estate sectors (optional);
- We value knowledge of core banking and/or insurance system technologies (example: Mambu, Guidewire, Finastra, TIA);
- Experience in the design, implementation, and roll-out of information systems;
- Experience in the design and/or development of Web or Enterprise applications Java-based.
- Experience in development projects in other languages, such as .NET or GO; will also be valued
- Standards for communication with other systems (JDBC, JMS, RESTful Web Services, SOAP Web Services, RPC);
- Previous experience in projects with Agile and Scrum methodology will be valued;

What you'll do
- Integrate and actively participate in technology consulting projects, with the possibility of operational coordination and supervision of teams;
- Participation in transformation projects to create a solution aligned with the needs of our national and international clients;
- Involvement in the various phases of a technological project, such as software design, development, implementation, and testing;
- Plan, execute, and/or coordinate autonomously the activities to be carried out in the preparation of various outputs within the scope of a project or project stream;
- Manage responsibly and according to your sphere of action the daily relationships with the client.
