Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Industrial Management, Economics, Engineering, or similar areas;
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or project management roles;
Experience in managing and monitoring multidisciplinary projects;
Strong analytical capacity, critical thinking, and problem-solving orientation;
Ability to structure and synthesize complex information, translating it into clear and objective presentations;
Experience in data analysis and advanced proficiency in Excel;
Communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with different stakeholders;
High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation;
Fluency in English.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Spanish;
Experience in the logistics, transport, retail, or operations sector;

The role

The Strategy and Business Development Department intends to strengthen its Strategy team with the integration of an Analyst, who will play an active role in defining, monitoring, and implementing the Group's strategic priorities. What you'll do

Support the Executive Committee in defining the Group's strategic priorities and monitor their respective implementation;
Monitor strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the defined strategic plan;
Analyze trends in the postal, express, and logistics sectors, as well as the positioning of the main market operators, identifying opportunities, risks, and critical competitiveness factors;
Identify new growth opportunities, including geographic expansion, development of new products and services, and strategic partnerships;
Produce analyses and recommendations that support top management decision-making;
Participate in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of the Group's Strategic Plan;
Coordinate or support cross-functional strategic projects, promoting collaboration between different areas and teams;
Monitor indicators and initiatives critical to the business, contributing to value creation and the continuous improvement of the Group's performance.
