Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Educational qualification equivalent to the 12th year of schooling or higher;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;
  • Strong commercial orientation and drive to work towards objectives;
  • Customer and Business orientation;
  • Proactivity, energy, and personal dynamism;
  • Computer literacy from a user perspective.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in commercial activities;
  • Professional experience in the financial, banking and/or insurance sector

The role

CTT is reinforcing the teams of commercial managers for the CTT MAR E GUERRA (FARO) Stores

What you'll do

  • Perform customer service activities, responding to their needs and providing appropriate information;
  • Develop the operations underlying the activities carried out in CTT Stores, particularly regarding financial services, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards;
  • Promote the marketing of products/services in the Stores, identifying customer needs and seeking to introduce them to those that best suit their profile;
  • Proactively promote the sale and placement of products and services, seeking new business opportunities;
  • Manage the customer portfolio, maximizing business, promoting the cross-selling of products and services, and customer loyalty;
  • Collaborate actively in achieving commercial objectives and executing campaigns, with a view to growing the overall results of the Store.
