Your position is based in Lisbon.
We are recruiting 4 new health administrators within our organization to meet our growth challenges.
You are the primary contact for our policyholders:
- you advise and support them regardless of the channel they choose: telephone, email, or mail, and you manage the payment of their benefits,
- you actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of the response provided, the quality of processing, and your contribution to achieving our site's performance indicators. You manage calls from our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals:
- you inform and advise our clients on their subscribed coverage,
- you support them daily in their care journey. You perform administrative management:
- contract lifecycle management: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of premiums,
- health benefits management: entry of reimbursements, preparation of quotes, issuance of authorizations... in accordance with internal procedures,
- management of updates and modifications to files (contract, address, bank details...).
You manage customer relations:
- you provide policyholders with information regarding their contract coverage, reimbursements, and all aspects related to the contract lifecycle (subscription, amendments, cancellations, premiums...) mainly by telephone and/or email,
- you advise them and provide answers to all their requests as well as those from healthcare professionals. There is no prospecting or sales involved in your role. By joining our teams, you will benefit from training at our Lisbon site, full support regarding our professions and tools, and close management. Your job is not routine; you will hold a highly versatile position with opportunities for advancement.
You have a 2-year post-secondary degree, with or without experience in insurance... but your personality interests us just as much.
You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You are a good listener and have a sense of customer service. You are methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization, and reactivity on a daily basis.
You are naturally dynamic and bring enthusiasm to your work.
You are focused on achieving set objectives: processing quality, volumes, deadlines. You speak English and French fluently. In short, you are someone who can be relied upon and who also likes to be able to rely on a respectful and supportive work environment.
Your position will be a permanent contract (CDI) and you will benefit from all the social benefits granted to our teams: health insurance covering you and your family, a variable bonus if you reach your objectives, a quarterly bonus based on your team's results, a monthly transport allowance of 35 euros, and a lunch allowance of 8 euros per day worked. You are guaranteed respect for your work-life balance thanks to our company agreements and a flexible work organization that allows you to telework up to 2 days per week, or even 3 days for people with disabilities, pregnant employees, or people with a child under 8 years old. The position can be started in the coming days (or weeks) depending on your availability.
