What we're looking for

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management, Informatics Engineering, or Information Systems Management;
At least 3 years of experience in contract management with Cloud providers, namely Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or other providers;
Experience in financial institutions, insurance companies, or organizations with complex technological environments and high regulatory requirements;
Experience in negotiation, contract renewal, financial management, consumption control, and vendor monitoring;
Solid knowledge in the procurement, management, and monitoring of Cloud services, following the entire contractual lifecycle, from procurement to renewal or termination;
Ability to analyze consumption, pricing models, discounts, credits, licensing, billing, and financial commitments, promoting the continuous optimization of Cloud costs;
Knowledge of Cloud governance, vendor management, budget control, and the regulatory framework applicable to the procurement of ICT and Cloud services in financial institutions;
Experience using Microsoft and Google vendor consoles; knowledge of IBM Cloudability and Power BI will be valued.

Nice to have

Solid knowledge of Cloud service management in complex enterprise environments;
Strong analytical capacity and orientation towards cost optimization and operational efficiency;
Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders;
High level of rigor, sense of responsibility, and focus on compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements;

Certifications in Cloud, FinOps, and Contract Management;

The role

We are looking for a Cloud Contract Manager for CGD's IT Contract Planning, Control and Management unit. If you have experience in managing technology contracts, expertise in Cloud service management, and a passion for working with multidisciplinary teams, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Your objective will be to ensure the management of CGD's Cloud service contracts integrated within a team of Contract Managers, ensuring alignment between technical, financial, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

What you'll do

Manage Cloud contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements;
Prepare and follow up on consultation, negotiation, procurement, and renewal processes with hyperscalers, partners, and Cloud providers;
Monitor consumption, financial commitments, licensing, billing, and budget deviations, identifying cost optimization opportunities;
Monitor contractual indicators, SLAs, penalties, responsibilities, subcontracting, and continuity and exit plans;
Ensure coordination between technical, architecture, security, risk, compliance, legal, procurement, finance, and audit teams;
Ensure the monitoring and follow-up of regulatory obligations associated with the procurement of Cloud services;
Support audits, risk assessments, supervisory requests, and evidence collection;
Produce Cloud consumption reports, FinOps indicators, vendor performance, service levels, and executive dashboards to support decision-making.
