Contract Manager in the Facility Management area (M/F/D) - Lisbon

• Higher education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory);
• Professional experience in maintenance contract management;
• Knowledge in the areas of Electromechanics, Safety, and Building Management;
• Solid knowledge of maintenance softwares;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills;
• Networking and focus on the Client;
• Initiative and proactivity;
• Autonomy and rigor in work planning and organization;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Light vehicle driver's license (mandatory).

• Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (preferred);
• Registration with DGEG - Direção Geral de Energia e Geologia (preferred);

Contract Manager in the Facility Management area (M/F/D) - Lisbon

The professional to be recruited must be able to plan, direct, and monitor the operational activity in the Facility Management contract(s) under their responsibility, namely: engineering services, the management and maintenance of facilities/equipment, and the management of a multidisciplinary technical team. They must also perform close and continuous monitoring with the Client, in accordance with senior guidance and established procedures, in order to ensure compliance with the agreed service levels and promote the satisfaction and subsequent loyalty of the Client.

• Availability for mobility in the Southern Region of the country; (*)

(*) Provision of a service vehicle for all professional travel inherent to the Project.
