What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Network and Computer Engineering, or equivalent fields
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
- 3+ years of experience in IAM solutions.
- Hands-on experience in the implementation and integration of IAM/IGA/PAM solutions in medium or large-sized organizations.
Essential technical skills:
- Identity lifecycle management (joiner / mover / leaver).
- Authorization models (RBAC, ABAC).
- SSO, identity federation, and strong authentication (MFA, FIDO2, biometrics).
- Token management and digital identity.
- Active Directory / Entra ID, LDAP, RACF.
- IAM/IGA solutions: SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft.
- PAM/PIM solutions: CyberArk, privileged account management, and access control.
- IAM security in Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
- Integration of IAM solutions in hybrid and multicloud environments.
- Integration with applications and APIs.
- SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
- Session management and access policies.
- CIAM concepts (including consents and strong authentication).
- Knowledge of languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/Node.js.
- Cryptography applied to IAM: digital certificates, signatures, integrity control, and secure authentication.

Your goal will be to design, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring architectural consistency, integration with existing systems, and alignment with security best practices.

What you'll do

Design, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities associated with identity and privilege management.
Define and promote best practices, processes, and IAM controls throughout the entire identity lifecycle.
Work with cloud teams to define integrated authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Implement solutions such as SSO, MFA, and role-based authorization models (RBAC).
Ensure integration with existing systems in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
